My stay exceeded my wildest expectations! The apartment was incredibly clean, cozy and fully equipped. I lacked nothing. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly. The location was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely come back here on my next visit to Kattavia. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The owner messaged some days before my arrival and explained how to get the key and was always in touch to answer my questions. Stylish designed apartments, but the stairs to the second floor.... :( Small supermarket, tavernas, bars in short walking distance to apartments. Quiet area (in may). Police station nearby. Advise to leave car in parking place nearby, not to drive exactly to apartment.

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at Villa Marianna. The villa was brand new, clean and well designed featuring spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying meals or even have a barbecue. The area was very calm and very close to the beach, meanwhile small shops, cafes were some minutes away by using a car. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

We loved the village of Gennadi, there was live music in the tavernas most evenings, was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The flat was really comfortable and the owner's mother was a lovely lady who helped out when we couldnt understand why we had no electricity. The whole village was without electricity, not for long. Vasia the owner was also brilliant with her communications and did everything to make our stay the best. Thank you.

Really nice and peaceful place, a comfortable villa with the spacious living room decorated in a cozy home style, 2 comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. good air-condition in each room, the villa with a beautiful sea view, a cozy terrace, a good place to rest after windsurfing, 5-7 minutes walk to Gennadi shops and restaurants, good & nice local cleaning service, responsive, helping with any issues if there are any with the Villa, we recommend it for other guests

    Very nice traditional Greek residence we had everything we needed for our night there the kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't had the time to cook, comfortable and spacious place right next to everything in the village. We would like to stay there again if we come to Kattavia. Thank you very much for everything.

    The apartament was very clean and well maintained. We had all necessary equipment - nice kitchen to cook, air condition, laundry machine. Absolutely fantastic and nice owner - great communication! We spent 9 nights there and couldn’t ask for better place. It is about 10 minutes from Prasonisi. There are two stores 2 minutes away and nice Restaurant. We had enough room to store our kiting equipment. I definitely recommend STARI and would be happy to come back to this place :)

    More than enough room for 3 persons. Friendly owner who provided us with some bread, groceries and other goods for startup of the stay. Very good equipped kitchen and bathroom. Excellent terrace/balcony with nice view.

    good silent small village for windsurfers. Host prepared some welcome snacks and /drinks, so good surprise. As well Kitchen and Bathroom was prepared with all you need to stay. Really unexpected surprise. Good place to stay and visit again.

    We lived in apartment 6, a brand new and modern room with a mini-kitchen fully equipped for a quick breakfast or snack. We rarely cook when on holiday but there was everything necessary to prepare meals. Excellent position in small village with cozy restaurants, supermarket and only 8 km from the kitesurfing spot of Cape Prasonisi. Our hosts, Despina and Stamatis are extremely helpful and ready to give suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Absolutely recommended especially if you do kitesurfing.

    The location was perfect, very quiet and only 1 minute walk from restaurants and grocery shops. The host kept us informed with directions and other useful information that was helpful during our stay. Our apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials such as fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, espresso machine and many more. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, exactly what we needed for our holidays The host was very accommodating with great communication. I would definitely recommend it.
