I arrived too early as I had to switch flights. the property managed to give me the keys according to my arrival at the property. The place exceeded my expectations, it is a hidden gem in Saronida/Lagonissi area. Relaxing when on business duty and giving yourself a luxury treat in a place that is paradise on earth. the garden offers numerous opportunities to work on your laptop, read a book or simply chill and enjoy the silence. the decoration of the entire place shows that the owner built this group of apartments also for his own use. Nice furniture, tasteful finishings, materials, and colours used in the studio. I recommend this place to like-minded travellers of the world, who had enough of the crowded 5 Star hotel scenery they see every day when on business duty and instead love the quite subtle luxury in style, design, aesthetics and peaceful environments with personality, like Aval Riviera. the gym in the garden space is fabulous for Yoga. The relax area by the pool was my favourite place after busy meetings. For those who want to enjoy the sea, Lagonissi and Saronida area up to Cape Sounion offer a variety of beach bars you can visit according to taste and budget. I will return to Aval Riviera for my next trips to Athens. It is close to the airport, close to the sea, close to bars, restaurants, shopping facilities, plus it is a place where you offer yourself a nice treat between busy schedules. Loved this place!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The comfort, decor and facilities are exceptional and better than some hotels. Although set back from the main coast road, we could easily and safely walk to the nearest beach by turning right out of rear gate, right again and use the underpass to access beach. Has some nice restaurants nearby - Kyra Popi, Barba Giorgis both good seafood restaurants. To Klookl beach taverna and Bali Beach both good.

Nice, spacious and clean house. Well appointed kitchen. Good aircon. We were with 8 adults and there is enough space for everyone. The 4 story lay-out is very convenient: 2 couples sleep at the ground floor, first floor is living area, 2 couples sleep on the second floor and a great rooftop terrace at the top. It is recommendable to have a car available. You can practice your skills for small corners and steep slopes😜

Super friendly owner. Her place is just incredible. Great touch with all you need. Very clean room and comfy bed. You could take her 2 bikes and explore the area too. It is on top of the hill in the little village with couple of local tavernas. We stayed only 1 night as we flue off the next morning but it is defo a great spot to stay longer and relax and chill out. Just 15 mins to the airport and 40mins by car to the Poseidon temple in the south.

    Lovely modern flat with fabulous pool, terrace and garden. Bbq, spacious living room with big TV and Netflix for chilling out in the evenings. Walking distance to supermarket, beach and a great beach bar/restaurant. Comfy beds, lovely duvets and pillows, plenty of towels (even extras for the pool). Brilliantly kitted out with everything you’d need in the kitchen, including dishwasher tabs, tea, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Really generous and well thought out.

    The sophistication and comfort of Villa Emily was like stepping back into the Golden Age of Cinema. The high windows and deep terraces; the grand piano with the Mediterranean glinting in the background; the layout of the kitchen, which allowed you to serve drinks and lay dinner at the same time; the upstairs balcony with its sweeping view to the sea; even the two bedrooms linked with swing doors to their respective nurseries. It was really a glimpse into how life used to be: and how it can be still!

    The pool was lovely and the garden around it! The kitchen was great and we loved to dinner at the balcony. It was easy to sign in with code. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We loved this house!

    Very comfortable house, we were a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The kitchen comes with all you need, there is a barbecue place on the porch and every room has air conditioning. The hosts were very helpful with everything we needed.

    Location was exceptional, sea view with the deck arround the pool being our favourite spot. The backyard with the bbq facilities was very ergonomic with the kitchen very close and big tables to enjoy a nice bbq even for very big groups. Living room was spacious and the rooms are very well decorated with comfy beds. We will visit again.
