Very good accommodation, very close to the beach (only a rather steep slope separates them). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there's a washing machine (a new one was purchased the next day after we pointed out that the previous one wasn't working). There's a terrace on the ground floor and balconies upstairs for the two bedrooms. Ideal fot two families without children or suitable for two families with children, but only if the kids sleep in the children’s beds and the adults in the almost double beds. 😀 The host is very responsive and offers suggestions for various local attractions. The apartment is located halfway between Parga and Preveza, so both can be visited, along with other lovely beaches such as Ammoudia or the village of Agia, with its wonderful tavernas. Highly recommended!

The location of the property was ideal for us, we wanted something quiet but not far from amenities and we chose it because it was close to the beach and with views of the sea, we was not disappointed, it was fabulous. Great room with everything you needed, home from home.

eveerything! beautiful bright room with sea view. very friendly and helpful staff. they let us take some tangerines and lemons from the trees in the back. we were there in off season and were the only guests in the entire hotel so we got a free room upgrade. amazingly comfortable bed. overall the best place we have stayed for the 3 months in the balkans. would absolutely recommend and would come again! incredible value for the price

Everything was perfect. The location is ideal for going around the area and visiting beautiful beaches. The owner was very helpful and kind. We special appreciate the fact that he provided us with fresh eggs and vegetables from his own farm. We definitely will choose the property again.

Great location, house had everything needed for a short stay. Lots of games and toys for the kids, plenty of space outside with a nice amount of tables and chairs. The outside shower was lovely! The beach directly outside the house was wonderful, safe without shoes, with a good place to jump from a rocky outcrop, a short swim from the beach. Loved there was a set of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The nearby beach of Vrachos is extremely well equipped for all types of people. There are life guards, facilities for disabled persons to get changed, toilets and special chairs to access the sea. Lots of other activities like, Splish Splash Waterpark, jetski, parasailing, etc.

It’s a great place right next to Ammoudia beach with full facilities and suitable for families. It’s comfortable. My only comment is that the second bedroom does not have an ac and even though it gets cold from the ac in the living room it may be needed.

Wonderful stay at sunset Riza! The host could not have been more helpful kind or generous. Absolutely everything was provided in this beautiful spacious apartment- with gifts of wine, beer, coffee, honey and herbs! He was on hand for any questions or when help was needed. Lovely comfortable place with good shower, towels, comfy large bed, comfy sofa/TV and much more etc etc. the view was superb! Fabulous suggestions for restaurants and reservations sorted! We explored the coast from this gorgeous location and the hospitality was second to none! Thanks so much for such kindness!

The veranda has breathtaking 🫠🫠🫠views of the Ionian Sea, you can see the island of Paxos, Antipaxos and even Lefkada, have a drink/dinner in complete tranquility🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.We highly recommend Villa Naturaleza to anyone looking for a peaceful and private retreat with no neighbors nearby.We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality, we will certainly be back!☺️☺️☺️☺️

The first three days of our stay the weather was cloudy and cold, so most of the time we spent iat the apartment, or to be more precise on the balcony ! The view from the balcony - priceless.
