The best hotel you can find in Malia – perfectly located close to everything: restaurants, bars, public transport, the beach, and excursions. From arrival to departure, we felt truly welcomed. The 24/7 service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful, with great service provided throughout the day. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and have a wonderful scent. They are also equipped with everything needed to prepare a simple meal. Housekeeping is done daily to a very high standard, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. I can highly recommend Sunshine Studios – a fantastic place to stay in Malia! A big thanks to Nikos!!🙏🏽

What should i write there? Ohh yes almost forgot if you are thinking about staying in this property, stop thinking ,just do it, definetly worth it starting with great loacation and wonderful place ending with very nice,kind and helpful owners, want to mention that this is family business, they are very dedicated to their business also they have family supermarket next to property which is very big plus. If you are aware how to get to property or from property to airport don't wory they have a great transfer services with wonderfull drivers. Also next to property is many opportunities of renting some car or quads for great price, if you rent you are lucky- there is private parking at the property. When we arrived we were very welcomed and got some really nice welcome gift, we stayed for 6 night and will definetly come again. Thank you:)

The villa is in a great location near local tavernas and the beaches. It has a fantastic view with a great view of the sunset. Yiannis had a lovely welcome package for us and the appliances (dishes, kettle etc) are all new. Yiannis was very helpful when we needed his help. We would highly recommend Villa Christina.

The apartment is very beautiful, stylish and homely. Everything is perfect and almost has all of what we need. It is very clean. Katerina is very responsive and always available to handle all our requests. The staff who provides the breakfast were very flexible and kind. We really enjoyed our stay.     The host, Katerina and the lady at the reception are simply fabulous. They are very friendly and kind. The location is perfect if you are in Malia for parties and so on. Moreover, the beach isn't that far (10 minutes by walk). The bus stop to go to Heraklion airport is 7 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars around. It is along the famous strip of Malia. The old town is nearby as well. The size of the room is great. Cleanliness at the property is good too. There is small kitchen in the room!

    Excellent hotel in a strategic location close to the bus stop and the centre of Malia with restaurants and supermarket. The room is spacious, cosy and clean with a comfortable bed, balcony and kitchenette. I stayed at the hotel for a week and extended my stay for another fortnight because I liked everything so much. Many thanks to Katerina for her active help and quick response to all my requests. Everything was perfect!

    Nice house with three (!) outdoor seating areas. Very clean , comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The house is located in a quiet area, yet it is still very close to the centre of Malia. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

    Very nice location, everything was wonderful!! The beach just 10 meters from hotel marvelous view with mountains and other restaurants just 10 minutes walk! Rooms were very clean staff very kind and friendly!! Even if there is no breakfast they have bar and kitchen just outside, you don't even have to go somewhere else. Everything was so perfect. No more words. Definitely coming back here soon!

    We had room 122, that was recently renovated and offered a lovely spacious room with good airco and a very beautiful bathroom that was absolutely fantastic! Great shower! Kitchen well provided for greek standard! Really lovely place!

    A location 10 minutes walk from the beach or the center. White bedding that induces a state of cleanliness, peace and comfort. The small but very well organized kitchen uses every square centimeter. Good water pressure and hot water is very hot, only from the solar system. Balcony for coffee. Garden with parking spaces. Room cleaning every day!
