They are very friendly and kind. The location is perfect if you are in Malia for parties and so on. Moreover, the beach isn't that far (10 minutes by walk). The bus stop to go to Heraklion airport is 7 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars around. It is along the famous strip of Malia. The old town is nearby as well.
