Owners are very kind and helpful especially lady from the office, knows everything about places that are worth to see, really encyclopedia of santorini :D, place is beautiful and in perfect spot, peaceful and quiet very close to beach and main road, where can jump in to bus and go everywhere, overall look is great, rooms are spacious, decorated in typical for the island you can feel the vibe

Really nice and clean place with great rooms with everything what your needed for vacation or living there 🙂. Super supportive and nice staff and personal.Maximum 5 minutes walk too the beach.And 50m away from bus station. I really recommend this place too everyone who wanted too rent nice and pretty cheap place for all what they offering.

We stayed here for a week, and I have to say everything was perfect. Everything was close by: the beach, the minimarket, the scooter and car rentals two minutes away, the restaurants and bars along the avenue, the room was changed and cleaned every day, the pool you can use whenever you want, and finally, the owner Nicoletta is super wonderful, always available and speaks Italian. We'll definitely be back!

The lounge and bedrooms were decorated and equipped to a luxurious standard, scrupulously tidied and cleaned daily by our maid Lena. This property was amazing but the staff were exceptional! Argyris, the owner and team went above and beyond made the whole experience the best service we have ever had! Even after leaving Argyris organised a restaurant booking and activities in Mykonos where they took care of us thanks to him ! The whole team was simply exceptional and really made our stay in Santorini a dream. We will definitely return with the whole family!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place in Santorini. The apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the sea, allowing me to enjoy the beach every day without any hassle. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if I had any questions or needed recommendations. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Santorini. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and local charm. Would definitely come back!

Kostas met us on arrival with his Dad the 'Captain' after whom the Villa is named <3. A lovely welcome. He recommended a trip to explore the island on a boat / bus and some local restaurants. Pool is fab, lots of space to chill out but the beach is so close we went every day.... A wonderful holiday.
