Very safe location & close to everything. The volcano view was amazing. Having a covered garage was a plus. Host responded to all my questions and request. Bed was super comfortable. We were worried about airplane noise but surprisingly it was not an issue. We were able to sleep like babies!

The owners were beyond helpful and so lovely, friendly and welcoming. They are interesting to talk to and they helped us book all our tours and let us leave our luggage with them for days even though we only stayed with them for one night. They were also super accomodating when we had to make last minute changes. The rooms and bathroom were really clean and there was nice hot water! The property also has a lovely rooftop where you can sit and there is a great view of the volcano. It’s honestly such great value and even comes with a simple breakfast.

Marcela, the host, accommodated us and also replied quickly to all of my enquiries. We had to find an accommodation at the last minute because one of our guests got sick and we had to cancel our plans of leaving Guatemala City. Marcela received us and also gave us a similar apartment in the same complex when we decided to extend our stay. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Paseo Cayalá if you want. The apartment has everything you need should you want to cook, including some basic pantry items, like coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. There are also some amenities in the apartment complex, like a gym, a yoga room, a pool, etc. Overall very nice stay and what we needed to recover.

Very kind & considerate owner. Helped me out alot with storing my bags and was always very responsive & helpful. Great location. Great balcony, I could see Fuego erupting from it my first night. Great value and nice room. The traffic is loud in the room on the road is all but otherwise everything is excellent.
