One of the best places we have ever stayed in Antigua Guatemala. Some of the things we liked the most were: 1. Calmness 2. The employees were AMAZING! and they were always willing to help! This location really is a gem! Big, clean, in a convenient location and a very good price for Antigua. I loved the small interior garden and the sofa in front of my room where i worked every day. It is pet friendly and i met handsome Bolt, the furry master of the house. I can reccommend more this location, you really feel at home and senora Nimsi plays a great role in this, she is nice, welcoming and has a really big heart.

We stayed for 4 night. Beautiful apartment, looks like the photos. super convenient location. Could walk anywhere in 5-10mins easily. The bed is very big and comfortable, good pillows, we enjoyed our sleep here. We didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything needed to make a simple meal if needed. The shower had good pressure and always had hot water. Very secure property, felt safe. No AC, but had a fan which we didn’t need to use. Wifi was a good speed (between 20-30mbps). I recommend if you’re staying in Antigua for a few days and want something comfortable.

I was with my two young kids. The location is good. You can go by foot to the historical center or do the cerro de la Cruz hike. You can park into the garden. The bed was Nice and it is so convenient to have a washing machine and a dryer

The size, the decor, having a good washing machine and dryer and owner’s attentiveness. We really felt at home at Mariajose’s beautiful place. The owner sent her cleaner to the place twice from their side during our 8-day stay which was really nice and thoughtful.

    Super easy and fast check in. The staff working at the time was so friendly and helpful. Decent kitchen available to use. Handy tea / coffee station with a kettle. We stayed on a Thursday night so can't comment on the noise but even with noise it's great value for money.

    Alvaro and his wife are such kind,friendly and helpful hosts. The place lovely. There are plenty of self catering kitchen facilities. There's a wonderful sunset view from the terrace. Its a 10 plus minute walk from the main square. Its in a quiet street but convenient for many of the buses. A perfect place to meet fellow travellers.. I wish I could have stayed longer . Antigua is one of my favourite places. This is definitely the best accommodation in my trip. Highly recommended.
