Lovely and clean, new renovations and USB plugs even. Spacious and although shared toilet, only 1 other room there. Perfect location for ferry (car and person) to and from Flores (advise this is driving rather than the road in and only costs £3 (Q30). Hosts are lovely and so helpful ensuring you are treated like a local. Rooms are spacious and airy and the fan is sufficient to keep you cool as minimal windows.

The best accommodation in Guatemala. Comfortable, clean, the house has everything a tourist needs while traveling. It even had hot water running, which only happened twice in 14 days. It's perfectly located for trips to the area, has its own parking, you don't have to worry about the car. There is a beautiful garden adjacent to the house where avocados, mangoes, papaya grow... And much more. For a European, just an experience 💗 If I go back to Guatemala, I will definitely want to go back to this place. Thanks!

Great location,great room, great staff that helps with every question and can organize trips or transportation for you, common kitchen area, small terrace but with a nice view to the lake, everything was great here, I wanted to book more nights but the property was sold out and no wonder why! We had a lovely and warm stay. The small cottage is outside the main house and feels like being in the jungle. Basic facilities but included everything what was needed. The hosts are super chill and great to talk to. We learned a lot about the Mayan culture and coffee production since both of them are involved. Even though being sick during the stay, we got amazing support and help whenever needed. Thanks for everything, it was an unforgettable experience.

    The hotel is a little difficult to find, being down a small alley, but it's well worth the effort. It has great facilities, including a shared kitchen and lovely terrace area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked a Tikal tour with them and they ensured that I was picked up that morning. The room itself was very comfortable. Hot water and a/c. We would happily have stayed longer.

    The rooms and hotel are extremely clean. We loved the terrace area with tables and hammocks. The staff is very helpful and were able to answer anyquestions we had. It was nice to have access to the kitchen to cook our breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

    Great air con in the room and room was large. A large well equipped kitchen and free water dispenser. The terrace was really nice and had some great views of the surroundings. The staff were friendly too.
