Amazing view and super clean apartment. A short walk down the hill to the town. The manager, Victoria, was extremely helpful and friendly. An absolutely delightful person. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean, everything in place without luxury - so good value! Location - perfect! Keep in mind that on Croatia coasts, you can easily find yourselves at properties at the end of a long stairway, without any direct access to the roads (ie, carrying your suitcase up & down on narrow pathways or even worse: stairs!) So, Villa Ana was perfect! Back entrance of the building is on the road, balconies on the front side. very limited sea view, but only 10min to the sea. Also, the host offers airport pick-up/drop-off by their own car (BMW) at taxi prices - safe, clean, well-maintained, definitely on time, they live at the same building :)

My family and I stayed at Apartments Villa Lukas on a very hot july day before an evening flight from Dubrovnik Airport. We received a warm welcome. Situated a few minutes walk from Cavtat marina, the building is very bright and has a view of the sea (at least from room 8). Every aspect of these apartments has been set up to enhance the experience for their customers. We were very impressed. Highly recommended.

Villa Ana is quite close to the main Cavtat area- just small walk down the pathway (doable by stroller as well these few stairs). Parking is free in front of the building. Ana welcomed us and despite the fact that we arrived so early (10am), she happily welcomed us with warm smile and friendly attitude. Rooms are very nice and to be honest- i was surprised that it was fully equipped- dishwasher,coffee machine,microwave,toaster etc. Even some small shampoo! Little thing but gives a lot! :) And i have never slept in so big bed- all four of us (with small children) could sleep there! Balcony was also quite big with a table/chairs and sunchairs- you can lay there and watch the mountains. Ana also organized a transport to Airport. So everything was covered! I really recommend this apartment- you will not be dissapointed! As said - when we will come back to Cavtat then we would stay there again! Thank you Ana!

The apartment is finished to great standard, it has everything that you need and more. The view and location is amazing. But most of all, the owners were so friendly and offered assistance even when we did not expect it. We left with such a warm feeling, they are amazing people and could anticipate that on the public holiday and all the stores were closed that we might need something and were amazing. The apartment is really very nice, clean and a great place to stay.

W had a week long stay at the view, it was a fabulous stay, the apartment was well equipped with everything ypu would need for self catering. The host was extremely nice and helpful and at the end of the phone if we needed anything at all throughout our stay. The apartment is up a big hill about 10 min walk into cavtat but the hill also made the view from the balcony amazing with gorgeous sunsets. I couldnt fault our stay we had a brilliant week, thank you again Nikkolina.

    Great location with a lot of restaurants and the beach nearby. The room is well designed giving a nice coastal look with all the necessary amenities. Like shampoo and body wash in the bathroom or kitchen utensils. There is also an AC in the bedrooms. Outside on the porch there is a great view to the beach. Great price.

    Location was excellent, very close to the centre. The apartment itself was great with fridge, kettle, toaster and small kitchen area and washing machine 👍 The balcony seating area was a fabulous added bonus for watching the sunset. The apartment is family run and everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us and to make sure our stay was very comfortable. The stay was great and excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
