This apartment boasts an exceptional location, being in close proximity to key attractions including the railway station, the charming historic center brimming with atmospheric restaurants offering delectable cuisine, the awe-inspiring Roman amphitheater, and a bastion affording a breathtaking view. The owners treated us like royalty, stocking the fridge with a selection of beverages, yogurts, and a bountiful basket of fresh fruit, in addition to providing an assortment of coffee and sweets. Fantastic place! The Homeboat really was a little home for us! Well equipped, with a roof terrace with a gorgeous view over the port! Every morning, a picnic basket with very tasty breakfast (especially the croissants)! Best place to be in Cagliari, maybe even on the whole of Sardinia!! We had a car and did little day trips into the surrounding area. Therefore, the location with a close by parking space was just the perfect fit. A bus stop is also close by. The team was fantastic! Juan was extremely friendly and attentive, and Rudolfo was very kind! They really tried everything to make our stay and trips on the island as good as possible! Thank you very much! 🫶

The location is really perfect to discover the city and is closed to restaurants , café etc. It was very clean, well furnished, confortable and quiet. It was also very easy for the check in and check out, the staff is relly kind and helpful and gave us all info needed, we also found easily place to park the car , everything has been so perfect, thank you so much !

    Everything for cooking was there, very nice kitchen, everything clean. In bathroom all is clean and there is all the staff you need - shampoo for women, shampoo for men, shower gel etc. Coffee with baletti coffeemaker was there, important for coffeelovers in the morning. Very friendly owner, was on connection all the time, helped with advices. I saw there was even beach badminton and sun umbrellas prepared for guests if they need, really nice. There was tried to do their best so that client is satisfied and enjoys the stay.
