I wasn't looking for perfection, and this location exceeded my expectations. The host Nadia, as well as her entire family including her son Giullliano and husband Emillio made our stay very relaxing. I can still smell the aroma of Kimbo coffee that is meticulously prepared next to the coffee machine and the Neapolitan peaches that were waiting for us with love from Nadia when we entered the house...what a warm welcome, and the benevolent attitude didn't stop there.., every day we had pleasant conversations and the best advice on how to get around. We visited Sorento and Positano which are 1.5-2 hours away, then Naples with the Metropolitan from Pozzuolis to MonteSantos in less than 30 minutes and on foot to Toledo, the historic center. We parked the car right at the station very cheaply (7 euros for 5 hours). And from the terrace we looked at the sea every morning, and even spent an evening at the lido di Varca, a resort with free beaches and frontal sunsets 10 minutes by car. I liked everything about this property. First of all, our host Salvatore was incredibly kind and generous. We really appreciate his hospitality. He helped us with checking-in smoothly, preparing daily groceries (the fridge was filled with lots of food!), carrying our bags up the stairs, giving information about supermarket nearby, etc. He is very responsive and considerate. He even kindly let us use the property till we got the ferry to the island. His hospitality surely helped make our family trip more precious and memorable. The property is spotless clean, rooms are spacious, and the location is perfect. We really loved our stay in this property.

Pietro was a really kind host. My girlfriend is Gluten-intolerant so he bought glutenfree cookies for breakfast for her. It was really interesting talking to him and he gave us Italian cooking ideas! 😂 He even drove us to the train station on the last day as we haven't had a car. In the morning he prepares a really cute breakfast 🤗 Our room was really clean and the whole house is artistic furnished with a really great taste. Also the little garden was lovely to sit outside and drinke a glass of wine. The fresh lemons from the garden served as wonderful lemon water... In general, the house is really beautifully decorated 😘 We could use the kitchen and cook our meals. Also Pietro gave us good recommendation for the area where to eat and what to do. The unique combination of host and house made our Italy bacoli experience charming 🥰
