The place is AMAZING! Stylish, modern, smart-home, huge. We totally loved it. The hosts were great - helpful, sweet and generally nice to speak to. Both of the bathrooms are great and cozy, although the shower in the one with the spa has a bit too weak water pressure for my liking. The terrace is huge and amazing to chill with a cup of coffee in the morning. Beds are comfortable and the closets are just wow (now I want the same design xD) Would definitely love to return and stay there again!

    Giancomo and his dad are amazing hosts. We faced a big challenge to reach Cervia due to the floodings in the area. Giancomo and this dad were really helpful and made our stay amazing (even though the weather was not so good). Room is spacious and has all facilities that you need, kitchen supplies, drying rack etc. The beach is literally around the corner and there are bikes that you can use to reach the city center.

    Really nice hotel. Rooms was clean, bright, with balcony, beds was comfortable, parking next to hotel in yard, kitchen was equipped with all you need during the holiday. Owners were helpful and friendly. Seaside in 2 min walk. Good and tasty restaurant - in 1 min walk from hotel. Cervia old town also reachable in approx 1h walk through the nice park or also on seashore. We ware really happy to stay there!
