The location is incredible. The town itself is very quaint and has some excellent restaurants and there are amazing views all around. I was there with a group of 4 and we took over both apartments, upstairs and downstairs, which was really fun, it felt like we could really move in. This is an incredibly quiet and sleepy town, so no concerns about noise at night. I would recommend this location for people who would like to visit Montepulciano / Siena and the surrounding area, but don't want to stay in a heavily touristic town, but also want to be in a spot where they can walk to dinner (Ristorante Daria was excellent, for example, and just down the road). For those who like it quiet and peaceful, this is a really great location for this area.

Right off the main attractions of Montepulciano, with everything in a few minutes walking distance, this apartment is beautiful with plenty of Italian charm and wine region views. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming, and access was easy. Would highly recommend for solo travel, couples or friends! Grazie mille!

Of a seven day trip, the bed and bedding here was the best. The bedding was so fresh that I had never smelled anything quite like it. It was like having a massive cuddle after a 27km hike, which is what we were doing. Make no mistake, the entire accommodation was luxurious. The fixtures and fittings top end. Everything was superb. Our host left some pastries and snacks for breakfast. There was milk. How often do hosts leave milk, not very often in my extensive experience? Thank you for that. There were fruit juices and coffee. Really thoughtful, pleasant touches. The ancient town itself is worth visiting.

We are a family of four and had a great time in Montepulciano thanks to our host, Monica. She goes the extra mile to ensure our pleasant stay. The property's location is strategic. It's close to Penzia, Val d'Orcia, Therme San Filippo...... The view from the property is breathtaking. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The property is well maintained and well equipped. Location was very interesting, near by old city of Castelmuzio. Owners despite not talking English, was very helpful and arranged a table for us in near restaurant. Generally if you want taste "slow Tuscany" this is a place. And what a view on Pienza :)

    nice location, great view from the Monticchiello to the Toscanian Hills especially on sunrise and sunset. apartment is nice, kitchen is well equipped, but we missed the wardrobe for our clothes and probably small sofa to sit when you are tired. Views probably are better from the second apartment that was above us

    Location is totally fabulous! Views of the valley are fab and near to towns like Montepulciano. VERY windy roads, though, if you are susceptible. First floor living area was warm, wood, comfortable with sofa, credenza, sitting room, large dinner table and small kitchen. Beds comfortable. Individual bathrooms essential.

    Agriturismo in an excellent location, a very convenient starting point for anywhere in Val d'Orcia. The view is outstanding. The idea of ​​a basket with products for breakfast (which are not only for breakfast) is excellent. The rooms and the shower are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Vilmo is an excellent host and also gave good tips.
