A lovely property perched above the lake, offering stunning and unforgettable views. The space is clean, tidy, cosy and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The location is great: just a 5-10 minute drive to the Varenna ferry terminal. I’d recommend having a car or using taxis as it’s a hilly walk to and fro. The hosts are warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to their clear communication and instructions. Overall, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend this gem of a place!

It was lovely being next to the lake. Kids loved swimming there and the view was stunning. The owner was also very kind and helpful, gives very good advice on where to go and what to see. She also provided maps and snacks. Well equipped kitchen and swimming boards for kids. Air conditioning was lovely for summer.

The apartment views were ridiculously beautiful I wish I stayed longer the view is like heaven! The apartment has everything you need and more! The host Silvia is so lovely and so helpful, couldnt thank her enough! She made my stay very lovely and helped me with everything I needed. First time travelling alone and Silvia did everything to help me with knowledge about the area. I felt very safe. Will be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better - close to everything. What made the experience even better was the host. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout my stay, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area - I’d definitely stay here again!

    A really big apartment with a huge amount of storage. Previous reviews had complained that there was no coffee maker or essentials like salt and pepper. I am very pleased to say that Lina had responded to this and provided them all. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular. Helped by the fact that there was a firework display on our first night. The kitchen was very well equipped and the apartment felt like a home from home

    The view from the balcony is magical over Como lake. The apartment is big and clean. the kitchen is fully equipped. the location is perfectly quiet and peaceful with a supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance. Monika who is the host is very nice and helpful. She also has a taxi business if you don't have a car. We highly recommend it!

    Amazing location, perched on the side of a steep valley between Vezio and Varenna. We needed around 15 mins from town to walk up to the villa. It is very private and offers generous space for two people. On a nice day we enjoyed just hanging out at the villa, because the balcony is very spacious, offers views of the lake and environs and gets sunshine (late May). It has nice grounds too, with an alternative dining area outside the kitchen. Cristina was a great help and responded quickly if we had any special questions.

    Amazing hosts and great hospitality! Beautifully decorated and spacious apartment with gorgeous view of the lake. The apartment is located in a lovely town around the lake. It has a well equipped kitchen and everything in the entire apartment is thoughtfully picked.
