The place is off the turist path, but it is well positioned for hiking trails (Gorropu, Pedra lunga, Goloritze). As such It offers a unique experience of an Italian village (non turistic) I'm, where the local bar/pizzeria is the place where people meet, talk, come and go 5 times before you finish the pizza. Carlo, the owner, was very friendly and treated us with a home made pie (thanks to his mom). All in all a very nice experience.

I don't normally ever give 10 ratings, but this location is worthe breaking the rule. If you are looking for all mod cons this might not be the perfect place for you but if you are in search of charming authentic and romantic (in all meanings of the word) stay in the heart of Sardinina you won't find better! In the middle of the charming village of Urzulei, with perfect acces to hiking in some of the most execptional places in Sardinia, this beautifully restored cottage has all the practicallities you might need (inc parking and air con). GB is the host with the most! With a personal welcome, available help with the area, and even a properly stocked kitchen for at least a meal or two, hospitality rarely reaches this level of personal attention and care!

Beautiful accommodation in a magnificent location. Spotlessly clean and accommodating. Fabulous deck with an amazing view. Extremely obliging staff and very helpful. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Free parking very close to the front door.

Hospitality, rooftop terrace with an exceptional view of the mountains and the sea. It was great to prepare a dish and eat it on the rooftop, and in the morning set off by car towards the trail (Cala Goloritze). Such places remain in the memory.

We stayed in five different apartments in Sardinia, and for this price, this one is the best. The apartment is brand new, with a fresh renovation smell. The kitchen has everything you need, with brand new cookware and dishes, we prepared a wonderful seafood dinner on the new pan and served it on new plates. This place is definitely not for just one night, but perfect for a full vacation. By car you can easily and quickly reach the best beaches on the island. The hosts are a very lovely young couple, they welcomed us personally and recommended the best places to visit. We 100% recommend this apartment. P.S. In the hall, the entire wall is painted with a mural — unusual and very beautiful, it made us smile every time we saw it.

Thank you very much for staying in your new apartment and giving us a warm welcome with a long instruction and suggestions what we can do at that place. It was a pleasure to be one of the first. To support your start we can give you the following feedback to be even more ready for the upcoming future and visitors. List for missing things: 1. Waste in bathroom 2. Cutting board in kitchen 3. Wooden spoon etc for the pan (avoiding damaging the new pan) 4. WiFi In general: Quite place but a bit noisy in the morning because of some street/house construction. (For us: Female wake up, male sleep) Everything other was perfect!! :-)

The property is really nice and peaceful, we really enjoyed our short stay. The host was kind and quick to answer any question we had. You have everything you need there, from washing machine to kitchen tools. The view from the shared balcony was incredible, we were lucky to share it with 2 friendly guests and one night we had it to ourselves. The place is clean and smells good. We also enjoyed the AC. Thank you for everything! :)
