Self Catering Accommodation in Shirakawa

Generous supply of food in the fridge & kitchen table. Comfortable tatami room & futons. Cable for charging of devices. Good location near the village, convenience store , eateries. The informative self-made/drawn booklets on what to do, eat, see in the village. Thanks also for the free passes to the nearby hot spring (think we got them cos we stayed 2 nights).

We got free tickets to onsen and instant curry. There were books on the kitchen table that offered tips e.g. on places to eat. The room was also cozy/traditional and thanks to the air heat pump, it was possible to set it cool. Overall, good value for the price.

It is near to shirakawago and facilities is perfect. There is kitchen inside, which is you can cook your own food. Near to mart, easy to buy food stuff. We went in march and it is still snowing at this time. When we wake up, the front yard is full with snow. It is such wonderful view. My kid love to play snow in front of this house. Room is spacious and is using classic tatami bed. Really comfortable

Great location and easily walkable, with a scenic view of the village from the bus stop. Simply take a bus from Kanazawa Station, but ensure to book in advance during busy seasons. The room was clean, and there was a kitchen where you could cook your food, with a grocery store just a 1-minute walk away. They provided enough groceries to fill your tummy, such as bread, butter, milk, coffee, curry, rice, etc. Highly recommended for the value of money. The main street is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
