Excellent location walking distance to Meta Provence and Metasequoia Road, a short drive to Juknokwon, and lots of convenience stores around. Very clean apartment well stocked with toilet paper, toothpaste, and shower toiletries. The owner made sure we had a dedicated parking spot even during busy times, which was very nice.

Spacious and well-equipped room. Clean and comfortable. Had a very good night of sleep. It was a good base to explore Gwangju and surroundings, as it's close to a plethora of local and regional bus stops. The staff were all very helpful. Very good breakfast for how affordable the room was. As of the time of this review, everything seemed new and in amazing working order.
