This place was an absolute experience! The views were seriously breathtaking and most of all if you are looking to relax, connect with nature and have the best time disconnecting this is the ideal place. The food served was really delicious as well. Would recommend this 100% to anyone travelling solo or with a family.

Amazing piece of paradise! Perfect place to stay on your own away from the main road in the nature. The area is very quiet with lots of birds and even peacocks. The house is comfortable for 2 or a family. The mango garden is splendid. The house is equipped with all necessary things for self staying.

This is a unique place. With a beautiful natural area. There is a lake on the territory. natural habitat of many birds. You can sail on the lake by boat or catamaran. in the middle of the lake there is a beautiful island where you can hold a romantic ceremony. We booked 2 houses. We were greeted and accommodated very well. The price also includes the opportunity to choose one of the traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts. We love Sri Lankan cuisine and always enjoy trying it in different places. The hotel's location is close to main roads, which also allows you to travel into the city and explore local establishments. This place is truly worthwhile, it can calm the mind and give inner happiness.

Ravi and his family were such lovely hosts. The property is a true homestay, you really feel as though you're staying with the family. The house is in a really peaceful location and is really well kept. Ravi helps out with whatever you need and even cooked meals without asking for money in return. Would totally stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The view of the Lion Rock is fantastic! The cabin was perfect for us:) Peter called me when we arrived and explained all ins and outs of the area and gave us some great advice. He was happy to answer any of our questions any time of the day. The cabin with its garden are very private and amazing for some wildlife spotting. Our kids loved it. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven in the garden. Sumith put the fire on for us and Raja swiftly organised and delivered yeast and flour from the local bakery for our pizza baking experience:) We all had a lot of fun kneading the dough and baking pizza in a real outdoor pizza oven! It was delicious:). We used bicycles provided free of charge, washing machine and there is a drinking water dispenser in the cabin, so no need to buy bottled water:) We loved seeing wild chickens coming to the garden and peacocks were always a good entertainment for the kids;) Sumith brought us, freshly picked from the garden, jackfruit to try;)

The location is very quiet and connected with nature. The room was perfect for what we were looking for. Perfect to be sorrounded by nature in a peaceful area of Sigirya. Madu, the host was super welcoming and friendly. And the breakfast made by his mother was delicious. We will recommend this place to all our friend visiting Sri Lanka for sure.
