Highly recommended this place.If you find yourself in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, don't hesitate to stay here. Beautiful hostess who does a fine job of making you feel right at home. Best facilities, cleanest room in the area at a five-star level. With a great breakfast, homely ambiance, fantastic room, and affordable prices as well. The garden is so nice to wake up to. Very, very kind people. It's important to remember that for this area, to never book rooms before viewing it live, I was burnt by another hotel nearby, always good to survey before making your booking fee. This room is absolutely fabulous, though! Very kind and friendly owners. If I'm ever back in Moratuwa, I'll definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This was a relax and work trip for my employees and they loved it. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with a refreshing cold drink. The caretaker went above and beyond, giving us a detailed tour of the house and its incredible amenities. They ensured that every aspect of our stay would be perfect. The attention to detail and care provided truly made a difference. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Well quiet place. Friendly landlord.lot of helpful information. As a srilankan came from uk they offered string hopper and kiribath another day with fresh fruits and juice. Tea was great. My son loves coffee he loves too.Mr.kumara who serve food and room service with pleasant smile and humble. We love it. If we come we come again. Most place we been cheated with commends. This place is great. We wish them the best. Trust me you'll be enjoy. Because I don't want you'll be to disappointed. Speak the truth we traveller's as one. We don't don't each other. Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.
