Really lovely little villa. Very clean throughout. Everything was new and working. The bed was comfortable. Lots of space and comfortable seating inside and nice shady seating area outside. Less than 10 mins walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and communication was easy.

We felt very welcomed from the point of arrival. The mattresses were all perfect and super comfy, as well as having all the spaces very clean. I enjoyed every moment when I was at the property, I’m just sad that I didn’t get to stay longer!

The villa was amazing. We stayed there for a few days and it was by far our best accommodation here in Sri Lanka. The rooms were very clean and the beautiful furnished. The open shower and the small terrace with the roof were amazing. You have a small kitchen where you can cook for yourself. Shops have been close by and every beach is in a good distance either by foot or by tuk tuk.

This place is absolutely fantastic! With only 4 reviews, we took a chance—and we’re so glad we did! The brand-new apartments are spacious and incredibly comfortable, with our 2-bedroom unit easily accommodating up to 4 people. Each room is generous in size, complete with AC, mosquito nets, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a complete kitchen and even a water filter machine—small touches that make a huge difference! The hosts are incredibly kind, always ready to assist, and they even run a charming grocery store just down the road. Location-wise, it’s perfect! You’re just a short walk to the beach and local shops, yet the apartment is tucked away in a peaceful area, offering the best of both worlds. This place truly has it all—comfort, convenience, and charm!

Best stay at Sri Lanka. We had an incredible stay on this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect: place, house, employees. The attention could not be better: they can even bring a tasty food to the house and will support you on everything. They even prepared an special food for me that was 10/10. I totally recommend it.

So the villa/holiday house is the whole upstairs floor of the family’s villa, but have your own private entrance and garden. It’s very new and clean. It’s very spacious with large balcony, large kitchen/dining area, large double bedroom, bathroom. The kitchen has almost everything you need. It’s in a very beautiful, secluded and green place but only a short tuk tuk ride to the beach or Tangalle centre. You can easily get tuk tuk on road or on PickMe. The family is very friendly and helpful. You could easily stay here for a few weeks at a time. I would definitely come back.

    Amazing space, lovely private terrace with kitchen, inside is super cosy and comfortable. I could also work easily as there was a desk and good Wi-Fi. The family are very kind and it is right in the middle of goyambokka and silent beach , both beautiful.

    Private vertical split house with two separate units with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, large living room and a spacious outdoor living space with the view to the well kept garden, pool and the ocean. Clean and long beautiful and peaceful beach. (It was off season so too big waves for swimming) Nice pool and area around. Tangalle is only a 20 min drive with assorted grocery and a wine store. Wonderful calm and peaceful place with everything you need.

    We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is conveniently located close to the silent beach & Tangalle. The room itself is well equipped with a desk and a large bed. We especially liked the terrace with its own kitchen. I think it's the best deal you can get for the price.

    Beautiful spot. Host was super nice and rooms were tidy and clean. Ac worked great and kitchen had all the necessary things for cooking meals. Fridge, kettle and bbq grill also provided. Beautiful waterfront with lots of gorgeous trees. Great place if you wanna do yoga outdoors on the grass.
