The receptionist is very polite and nice girl - it's always nice. The room is clean and it's great that there is a balcony. There is even a stove, utensils for cooking and a kettle - this is rare for hotels, usually only in apartments. So this is a super service. It's also great that there is a pool, because in Budva there are mostly small city hotels without pools.

Perfect stay! Very comfortable studio with big enough kitchen to cook. Big shower. The view is pretty. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and thoughtful (left us coffee, tea and a big bottle of water, shower gel, body lotion and extra towels). There's a washer, modern iron with vertical steam, oven and microwave and dishwasher. Very easy self checkin, with key locker, but you need to pay cash (the host will come when you set a time together). The location is great, with restaurants at the base of the building and also a mall and big supermarket. 2 min to the waterfront and 8 min walk to the old town.

This is brand new building. Beautiful building just 2 minutes from the beach. Apartments is fresh and new with all accessories and necessities. Bed very confortable and chairs and table super stylish. Building has parking garages and it is super secured with locks and passcodes to enter. Hosts are very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Fontana Residence Budva - perfect location, just few minutes walk from Budva old town, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, shops. It is just 2 minutes walk to the beach. There is also restaurant downstairs which I would recommend - delicious food and really nice staff. Everything is clean, parking is also 2 minutes walk in city center garage. All good, we had really nice stay. Thank you.

Six of us stayed at this apartment recently and were thoroughly impressed. Everything worked flawlessly, the location was unbeatable, and we didn’t need a taxi at all during our stay. Most of all, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing detailed advice on places to visit, transport options to other cities, and useful tips for travelling in Montenegro. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
