Spacious studio with a balcony, bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, even own washing machine and dryer. Clean and comfortable, everything was perfect! We were shown how everything works and given the codes to enter the room and the building as well, so no worrying about losing key cards or anything. The studio felt like a mini home away from home.

Gorgeous apartment with great ocean views, close many restaurants and right by a bus stop to go to other beaches in the island. I was there for a week and it had everything I needed, including a laundry machine. Good air conditioning. The building has an elevator. Staff was very helpful during check-in and overall very responsive during my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a three bedroom suite. The apartment is great, very spacious, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessary household appliances, also an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (have the capsules you like), what we missed was a kitchen sponge and dishwashing detergent (such things are necessary). The apartment has a washing machine and a hair dryer. There are air conditioners in every room, we were in winter, so we had the opportunity to warm up, although the apartment is not cold, but the floor is cold, if you came in winter, take slippers or warmer socks. Our family of five person had enough hot water for a shower, it is very good. We traveled by car, the location is good, there are shops nearby , we always found a place to park a car next to the house.

Our stay here really exceeded expectations. Howard was a communicative and welcoming host and this property was run very professionally. The room was clean, well supplied and had a comfortable bed. The room we were assigned (Room 4) was much larger than in the photos. It even included a large bathroom with a shower and bath! Birgu as a location is perfect for a couples holiday, it feels very safe and has real character. None of the touristy hustle and bustle you get in areas like St Julians while still being within a good distance to Valetta by bus or ferry. At night it was quiet and peaceful.

Giovanni is a true gentleman. He got in touch with us out of his own accord well before our check-in date. A nice video was provided to us so that we were really clear on how to reach the location as it lies next to the Airport Roundabout which can be confusing to Tourists. Giovanni was super welcoming to us right from the beginning. We even locked us out with the keys inside right in the middle of the night and had to wake the owner. There wasn't even a shred of irritation with Giovanni although we had to wake him from his sleep due to our own fault. He was swift to let us in with spare keys and constantly reassured us not to worry about it. We also had a really early flight to the airport around 4:00 AM and Giovanni insisted that he'd drop us to the airport. This is an unique experience which we have never had in all our years of renting properties across the world. The property itself is a beautiful farm house and Giovanni's story-telling behind the conception of the place and a quick tour made it fascinating. Location is really close to Valetta and the airport, so really handy for people looking to explore that part of Malta with a genuine Maltese Cottage. Would go back there at the drop of a hat... !! :)

    I loved everything about the apartment, the views, the big screen digital TVs in the rooms and living room, the kitchen and the views, the decor and the rooftop infinity pool with to die for views. I mostly love the kindness and hospitality of the owner of the apartment, a beautiful lady with a beautiful heart. The surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful. There's a bus stop right in front of the apartment so very easy to get around if you don't have a car. I am already dreaming of going back.

    Finished to a high standard, set within local community with a family friendly pool and kitchen. Very helpful and attentive hosts who kept the pool clean and checked all was ok throughout our stay. Easy access and plenty of privacy. Close to local shops, beachside bar, restaurant and lido.

    Everything was perfect! Well designed apartment an outstanding view from the balcony and from the jacuzzi. Bedrooms with comfortable beds and 3 smart TV-s. The kitchen was also great, we found every equipment for cooking. Communication with the owner was super easy, she was kind and helps us in every situation☺️
