The apartment is located in a beautiful, new apartment house with a swimming pool. The house stands in the middle of a quiet village. The apartment on the first floor has a view of the neighboring gardens and the courtyard on the other side. Breakfast is not served but the owners put ingredients in the kitchen and bring fresh bread every morning.The apartment is very comfortable and the kitcen is fully equipped. The location is ideal to explore the eastern side of the island.

Perfect place to stay, we stayed for 7 nights. The room was excellent, with a balcony overlooking the villa's garden, kitchen with fridge/freezer and cooking facilities, good A/C and a very comfy bed. Floor and a roof-terrace for guests. Within walking distance of various shops and restaurants and every morning fresh baguette from the bakery and not to forget the bus stop around the corner. Jay and Henri are good hosts and also give tips on what you can do in the area. We really enjoyed Shanti Nivas. Highly recommend if you're in the area! Jay and Henry THANKS.

We are from South Korea for the honeymoon. We had a truly enjoyable time at this accommodation. Kerstin was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The place was very clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessities. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

it's a fantastic base to explore the island. The host is warm and friendly, with lots of useful knowledge about the area. In short, it's a home from home - if your home is spotless, beautifully decorated, within short distance to beautiful beach. Would heartily recommend.

The communication before arrival and the warm welcome from the host Ashok were excellent. The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. Everything you would expect from a rented apartment is provided including a fully equipped kitchen; even more: fruit on the table, cold water and beer in the fridge, as well as a nespresso machine and capsules.     The house is next to a fantastic bay with lots to see underwater. It has a pool to relax too. The house itself has a kitchen with everything you need, 2 bedrooms upstairs which are spacious. The location is super quiet at night, and the host is very friendly. You can find some good restaurants nearby, but you need a car.
