Amazing property, stylish, cozy details makes feel cozy. Very clean and beautiful views, especially from 2nd floor, where you get to see ocean from the bed. I really loves the area on the top floor with fully equiped kitchen, tables to eat and beautiful surroundings to enjoy view, even book shelf, some board game and binoculars were there. Loves the quality of everything in the house, e.g. bed linen was sooo nice and soft, tasty coffee, drinking water and very nice shampoo and shower gel! Seems like there was a lot of heart put into preparing the place for guests :)

The hostel was great, the beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms were spacious making sure everyone had both space to get ready and privacy if they wanted it. The bar and pool area were really lovely with great views of the ocean and the surrounding town and there were lots of activities each day to join in with if you wanted. I was also a big fan of the hostel dog who was very friendly!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Casa de la Ballena, even with 5 days of rain. The rooms, pool, hot tub and grounds were beautiful. The perfect relaxing environment. The hotel was also in a great location, close enough to easily walk to town but far enough to be quiet in the evening during sleeping time. What made our stay perfect was the on-site hotel manager, Martin. Martin was an outstanding host and helped us with any issues we had, from driving us to town to find an IT store to fix our dead cell phone, helping secure parking for our golf cart rental and arranging airport transportation. He made sure we were happy with all of our time at the Casa de la Ballena. The hotel was a special place with special staff. And, the breakfast is awesome, with many delicious options.
