Spacious, with enough kitchen equipment to cook yourselves a meal. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Secure lock to the property. Hammocks inside and outside in the yard area. Our host Guillermo was very helpful and in contact ifor any problems . The property is a steady 15 minute walk from the centre road… (Bus Station). Local shop across the road from the property gates for general groceries and drinks.The beach is only a five minutes walk through the side roads.

Basic beach house, great location a block from the beach and a block from the main part of town. Wonderful outdoor space, big pool and a huge terrasse upstairs with nice views. Indoors: good A/C, very comfortable extra-large bed, the bathroom is tiny. The kitchen/living area is comfortable for 2 people but could be crowded for 4. It’s also dark but probably it helps to keep it cool for quite a while in the morning, no need to run the A/C right away. The kitchen is well equipped as far as utensils, glasses, plates and a few pots and pans. Otherwise, it’s a no frills, no amenities.

UcúLila, Jedrek's one-bedroom house in Sisal, was just as advertised: clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach, mangroves, and town center. The custom-made furniture added a unique touch, creating a cozy ambiance for a memorable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the warm ocean waters at sunrise, witnessing a beautiful procession on the eve of Easter's Good Friday, and observing stunning flamingos in their natural habitat at dawn. Jedrek was incredibly personable, caring, and helpful throughout my visit, going above and beyond to ensure my two-night stay in Sisal was perfect. Not only he is a well-traveled person, Jedrek is also an ideal host, taking the time to meet me at check-in and again at checkout, and offering recommendations for dining, activities, and nearby attractions. The Ziz-Ha tour guide he suggested, José Enrique, made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend Jedrek's house for anyone visiting Sisal. You'll love the charming atmosphere, convenient location, and Jedrek's genuine hospitality!
