Very roomy and comfortable. Very cosy and would be wonderful in the winter with a fire going. Host was charming and we wished we could have stayed longer. Easy to walk into the historic town. We both had a great nights sleep! Great kitchen and bathroom. Hope to return someday.

It was old and authentic. The placement was ideal for us in the parallel street to the main street. Just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest eating places. The beds were comfortable and top quality bedding (sheets and duvets/pillows) Bathroom was clean and shower worked great. Lots of info about the place. Free parking, although a couple of 100 metres away.

The place was over 20km from Roros which is the draw of the area, however the apartment was large, comfortable, well kitted out in the kitchen, and lots of parking. We were met by our host. She was lovely and welcoming and even washed our clothes for us. Can’t recommend it enough. Would be happy to stay again.

    Great location as it was a stone's throw from the main part of town. We had lots of room for the three of us and took advantage of the washer/dryer and well stocked kitchen. As we were there in winter it was very cosy and the heating worked splendidly. There was a beautiful fireplace which we didn't end up using though. We absolutely loved the place and hope to return some day.

    An unexpected glimpse back in time, with sufficient mod-cons, but not so many as to dilute the olde world feel. We liked the old furniture and quirky, decorative touches, but also the retention of tiny doors, floor boards, door handles etc. You can really feel how simple old apartments must have been. We stayed on a wet, cool summer night and the place was warm. It was quiet other than a few squeaky floorboards. The kitchen is simply but adequately equipped. Instructions were clear, and the parking permit is comforting to have.
