We enjoyed getting to know our host and hearing of the history of this traditional Portuguese property. We enjoyed the fruit trees and the pool, and beautiful view of the valley, the Church bells ringing, vineyards, and walk through the local neighborhood. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, and had everything we needed to cook our own meals, and eat outside or inside. Although located in mountain village, the stores were still fairly close by, along with numerous places to visit, including a tranquil river beach. We feel we made new friends!

This location is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is perfect here: territory, house, interior, smell, attention to detail. My wife said: "We've just arrived but I'm already sad because we have to leave this place in 2 days". I felt relaxed and calm, the surge of strength and visor here. Compelling place! P.S. We were given a room upgrade and stayed in the new part of the complex. The room was so modern and beautiful with a mini bar and complementary bottle of wine. The attention to detail was amazing, lovely products in the bathroom. The pool was an added surprise bonus and we loved getting to use it privately for one hour.

I loved staying at Judiaria Velha. Teresa was very kind: she helped me with everything I needed, showed me the whole house and explained to me how she restored it (super interesting!). The room is great for one person and it gets warm quickly, the location is extremely central.

We stayed in the Conquistador apartment - it was clean, well equipped and beautifully designed. The most important thing for the families 3+ - the sofa bed is actually comfortable! The windows are soundproof, very little noise from the street. The issue with tv connection was resolved quickly.
