Very hospitable, helpful and friendly hosts Saša and Dushan! Warm welcome, helpful suggestions about the region and a freshly prepared serbian appetizer (see pictures). The sauna is an amazing extra, the swimming pool will be ready by July. Wifi is good for the area (approx 15/3 Mbps).

"The place we stayed at was beautifully designed, with a modern black-and-white theme and high attention to detail. The host is very meticulous and responsive, making sure everything is perfect for the guests. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need – there’s a washing machine, refrigerator, stove with an oven, two TVs, automatic soap dispenser, coffee machine, cattle, irin and even a hair dryer. All appliances are new and fully functional. There is private parking spot for apartment. This is truly one of the best places to stay in Niş. The apartment was very modern, clean. We were 4 people so the two of us had to sleep on the pullout couch which was very comfortable. The host prepared for all of us enough towels, sheets and very comfortable pillows. The kitchen had everything you may need, from two types of coffee,tea, cutlery, fancy wine glasses, soap, to a stove where you can heat up water or anything you’d like. There was fast Wi-Fi and a smart tv with option to link to Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom was very clean. It had a hair dryer, many towels, the shower was comfortable and had hot water. The toilet paper was stocked. Regarding parking spaces, you could actually park in front of the building if you download an app to pay for the green zone there so it would cost you 450 din for a whole day which is around 3,8€. If you can’t pay with the app there is a payed parking lot around 10 mins away by foot. The host was kind and positive. You need to prepare the payment in cash. The apartment was on the second floor of the building. Last but not least the apartment is 10 mins away by foot of the city Center, so you basically don’t need any transportation. Also, there were very delicious fast food places, coffee shops and pharmacies near the building. And for maximum comfort they had a whole supermarket right next to the entrance of the building.

The location is ideal. The host is responsible, kind and is there to help you with anything you need. The studio near St. Sava Park has a phenomenal view from the 10th floor. The Delta shopping center is close by, as is Roda, the Clinical Center as well. Bakeries, shops, currency exchange, cafes, market, everything is a few minutes from the accommodation. The apartment is in a safe area. I will highly recommend the apartment .
