Great location with all the amenities you could ask for considering the excellent the price. Close to a lot of great spots. Billie was excellent, allowed us to check in early, gave clear and detailed explanations of how to access the property and left us a couple of bottles of water and a couple of beers in the fridge for our arrival. Really nice thoughtful touches that were great and also an unexpected surprise.

1401 is the place to stay if you want a central location to a small score of locally owned restaurants/grocery stores, a beautiful beach (Mullet Bay) all within a 5 min walk, gated parking, a well-appointed apartment with every amenity one could possibly want with an amazing view and the most attentive, knowledgeable host.     Great property, great location and views over the sea from both rooms and balcony. Great sunset scenes in evening. Also, if you're into the iconic "planes landing over Maho beach" great views of these coming in to land from rooms and balcony. Host (Dwayne) welcoming and attentive. Really clean and all good facilities in terms of kitchen and other items. Aircon worked really well and kept the rooms nice and chilled.
