There is a lot more to this place than meets the eye. The owners go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. They have stocked the place with many creature comforts like Trader Joe’s meals and desserts. Also the place was extremely clean, which was important for us. The place seriously had everything and more than you could wish for. It’s basically an oasis in a the middle of nowhere. 1000% recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay that’s close to the national park.

Clean well equipped cabin in quiet village. Close to Kings Canyon national park gate, though be aware it is a very narrow twisty road to get to the cabin. WiFi available, porch and bbq area outside though we didn’t use it.

    We had a wonderful time at the spacious, beautiful Badger House. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, and the kitchen was excellently equipped! The heating/AC was also easy to use and effective.

    This was such a peaceful property. We were there for a quiet New Year's weekend and we got exactly what we were hoping for. The surrounding area and "lake" on the property were pretty even if it was a little bleak in January. However, the wood burning stove in the cabin, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings made it the perfect winter getaway for us and our two dogs.

    Very relaxing and peaceful location. Very friendly and helpful host. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Laundry was also free to use! Wifi was also good. Water pressure for shower was very strong! Cute little kitties wandering about on the property!
