This is a lovely and very welcoming family-run little hotel. The bed was comfortable, and facilities (including the much-needed airco!!) worked perfectly. Breakfast offers a wide selection and is served on the tables in the little garden - a perfect start to the day. The location, within the old city, offers perfect and quick access to the sights and is easily found with the labyrinth. We had a wonderful stay and returned there for one night following our trip to Nukus.

Good apartment in the north of Khiva with wifi and AC. The manager and his family were particularly kind and helpful, giving us good advice, letting us use the terrace at their hotel in the centre and giving us a lift to the station.

the location is good. waking distance to the ancient city. the owner is very friendly and the house is very clean. breakfast is big enough including fruits. we forgot the registration card when we left and the owner emailed it to us. very helpful very good people. recommend this place

Wonderful little house in the very center of the old town. Very welcoming hosts, grandfather speaks Russian, and the boy speaks English, so we had no problems with communication! We were served a delicious breakfast with national food! The room also was great and furnished with love, small decorations add coziness! Highly recommend!
