It's a nice hotel and you get what you pay for. They also have a laundry service. No English was spoken at the front desk, but translator apps are all that's needed to communicate.

When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!! We stayed at family lux, 2 bedroom, it's a fantastic spacious apartment in a modern building. 7th floor, great view. Elevator. Super clean and just a few mins walk from the lake. And you can pay by card. Highly recommend!

Location is good just outside of old town close to a nice lake. Staff is really friendly and helpful, Son suggested a place for lunch nearby which was great! The pictures don’t lie, the room was actually really fresh and neat.

After being scammed several times by other hoteliers in Hanoi, I finally found the perfect place. Beautiful and clean apartment with a luxurious balcony, very quiet at night (very important for Hanoi), luxurious comfortable bed and pillows. The area is especially worth mentioning - close to the old quarter, but in a unique place where you can feel like a real Hanoi resident for a few days. Lots of exquisite coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are so beautiful, clean, and near the lake. It's great to be in a place that is off the beat from all the noise but still accessible to good restaurants and coffee shops. One of the best places I have stayed in Hanoi. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay and looking forward to be back again.

Perfect ones very cosy and silent. I would suggest to them to have a curtain between the bedroom and the main hall then there are no privacy curtains in the bathroom window too.
