Very kind and helpful owners. They really try to give their best to make guests feel at home. Very clean and nice room. I had an accident with the rented car that broke down in Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park 16 hours before my flight at Upington airport. The rental company (EuropCar) did not care to replace it with the new one in order to be able to arrive on time at the airport and to not miss my flight, so the owners offered me a lift to the airport, even we had to start at 5:00AM and ride was two and a half hours.

Every now and then in the middle of nowhere you find yourself, a magical place where your soul find solace and wonders freely, reconnecting with nature and the true purpose of your existence. A place where time comes to a standstill for a moment, allowing you to reflect and wonder, a place far far away from the everyday mundane madness we call life. Kalahari Cottage is that magical place! I'll highly recommend a stay at this little oasis in the middle of nowhere!
