I highly recommend The Farmer's Lodge for anyone looking for peace and tranquility. The ambiance was serene, making it a perfect haven to recharge fully. Chalet was huge with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, braai outside, and stunning gardens. Wild 5 is directly on the property for activities like zip line and wild swing. What made my stay unforgettable was the warm smiles and genuine hospitality of exceptionally friendly staff - Deline, Angel and Armstrong. For accommodation in Oribi Gorge, this is a perfect place.

    Breakfast is not applicable, it was self catering. The house was spotless and the decor was interesting, beautifully done, with each room different. The gardens were great, and walking round the farm interesting and then driving to the view point of the Oribi Gorge was amazing. So a successful trip all round.

    Beautiful place, very quite location, nice view of the gorge, , beds were comfy, staff were excellent especially Diana always there when needed, the pool was just amazing. Kitchen is top notch.

    Wow what value for money! My children loved exploring! Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. For self catering it far exceeded our expectations with all basic amenities supplied. Loved the smell of the body soap 🤣 What a bonus that the house was cleaned so beautifully every day. By far the best accommodation space and value for money in the area. View from the view point was beautiful, with a little waterfall. Please start to offer breakfast at your beautiful property. We would have paid extra to have this option available.
