The property was very comfortable and clean and was equipped with everything we needed. It had a lovely balcony, a spacious bedroom and living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The AC and TV were working great, and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night, but I would recommend this place for couples and families for longer stays as well!

We were upgraded free of charge to the Royal Guest House due to a party happening at Seaview Executive. The staff were concerned that we may be discharged and upgraded us to another their other branch. Owner of the guesthouse greeted us and was friendly. The staff was really accommodating.

Our hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel part of the family, inviting us to join them on a Saturday morning parkrun and giving us restaurant recommendations. The room us spacious and lovely, and the outdoor areas/swimming pool are a great place to relax.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable, lovely big bathroom and shower. The aircon in the lounge was awesome during the heat as were the ceiling fans in the rooms. Andy is an awesome host and we were made to feel very welcome .
