It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Modern rooms in a historical building. Very clean, comfortable and the soundproofing was great, you couldn’t hear anything from outside or from other rooms. I was really impressed by the self check-in process.

Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

Here speaks English. Very convenient private free parking and a big area to walk around with a dog. And for sure 1-million dollars view :)

Providing city views and a garden, Quartier 99 provides accommodation conveniently situated in Innsbruck, within a short distance of Imperial Palace Innsbruck, Innsbruck Central Station and State Museum of Tyrol - Ferdinandeum. The property features mountain and garden views, and is less than 1 km from Golden Roof. The aparthotel has family rooms. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The infobook in the room was quite comprehensive, which included the recommended local restaurants. There was a short distance walk (～500m) to the base station of the gondola.

Private and isolated but in the center and close to everything the town has to offer. The hosts were very friendly, approachable and ready to help. It exceed my expectations.

Very comfy, stylish and spotless. While tiny, you feel absolutely comfortable and have everything you need for your stay (apart from salt, spices and cooking oil — in case you plan to make your own food, but a supermarket is next door, easy). We had a tiny, cosy balcony with a mountain view that made the morning coffee a fantastic experience. I can only highly recommend it.
