Also, there are a lot of free snacks, drinks and more already there for you in the apartment. There is air conditioning and fully functional which was great for the current temperatures. There is a huge place in front for parking the car and also a place to store your bike. The area is superb, some pretty steep hills, a great place for biking. Just two small suggestions that didn't affect me: if there were insect nets I would've open windows at night instead of using the AC, and second: the splash from the shower goes out in the bathroom floor, maybe a different door would avoid this.
