Everything in the apartment felt pretty new and it was nicely designed and spacious and especially clean. When we encountered a small problem it was quickly solved after messaging the owning company over the booking.com app. For other questions regarding the check-in and check-out process the contact was easy and helpful. Note that there's self check in but the whole procedure is explained well beforehand and very easy. If we are back in Vienna we would come back again.

The apartment also has air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable—especially on warmer days. The balcony is a lovely bonus—very relaxing and a perfect place to unwind. The room itself is stunning and thoughtfully designed. Most importantly, the hosts were always in touch and very responsive. They kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after a long overnight flight. Without that flexibility, we would have had to wait until 3:00 PM to rest.
