We had a very lovely stay at Jaguar morning star. Great location - cosy and calm. Everything on the island is walking distance. However, bikes were available at the property also. The room was clean and spacious with an exceedingly large bathroom. Shower had hot water. Good bed. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Free drinking water available too. Patio with hammock and seating are outside were great. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Available for tips on what to do and he even drove us to the ferry so we did not have to carry all of our luggage in the heat.

The room was BEAUTIFUL with such nice decor; it felt so homey. There was a binder filled with pages of restaurants, sightseeing, and activities. Belize City isn’t the main spot for your Belize trip so we only stayed for one night before our flight home, but our host provided us with so much to do. Also bikes to rent at the property. Such a nice stay.

Jose is absolutely adorable and his wife is very helpful as well although we didn’t get to know her as well. I’m sure she was doing all the work behind-the-scenes. Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The property has pool views and is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

All units have air conditioning and a flat screen TV. Also featured are beach towels, a hair dryer, laptop safe, water dispenser, ceiling fans and either a deck or patio. All units except the standard room have a full kitchen. The standard room has a microwave and fridge. Our experience was truly amazing. The staff was really welcoming, gave us a whole tour of the property. The recommended amazing tours (the fishing and snorkeling one and we get to see manatees!!) We enjoyed that 3 different pools were accessible. The restaurant is delicious and they served the best piña coloda ever (with fresh piñas)

Quiet and peaceful with an amazing private beach! My mom contacted them to decorate my room for my birthday and they went above and beyond. Balloons, flowers, sign, bottle of champagne. It really made my trip so special.
