Good size, location and the perfect end to our holiday. This is a holiday home rather than a normal rental as it has everything you could need and some lovely little touches. The house is beautifully built and furnished. Kat was really helpful with everything we could need.

At the apartment complex, each unit has bed linen and towels. Really lovely and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Location was great, walking distance along the beach or the road to restaurants, and short drive to Placencia Village for market, shops and more restaurants. Good location for many activities in the greater area. Hosts Sandy and Paul were amazing - so nice, so attentive, so helpful. The Placencia Peninsula is quite expensive but this place was ideally located, comfortable and a terrific value.

Kat and Dirk have put so much care and love into creating a home away from home for their guests. The casita is incredibly comfortable and close to everything you might want to see or do in Placencia. We were so grateful for all the recommendations, as well as the generous use of their golf cart and paddle boards. On our last day, Kat and Dirk brought us and all our baggage to the bus stop, and made sure we had everything we needed to get back to Belize City without issue. Their hospitality made our visit to Placencia a stand-out part of our Belize vacation, and I cannot recommend their property enough.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. Great location and beautiful home. We didn’t have to worry about much. When we had a question Lori was quick and very responsive. The home includes a welcome book that provided great information. We used it to schedule an in-home meal cooked by Chef-G, which also had an option for cultural entertainment. The food and entertainment were top-notch and very authentic. The bowling alley is directly across the street and is great for a quick meal. The wings and pizza are very good. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area. The holiday home offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. Perfect location to walk into town. Supermarket and gorgeous bakery across the road. The beach is a stones throw away. Lovely veranda to sit on for breakfast in the morning and loungers. Well equipped modern kitchen and very comfortable beds. This was a lovely property, and I would highly recommend staying here

This is a great location on the Placencia sidewalk, near restaurants, tour operators, and the beach. It was a little unclear how to enter the property, though once we got through the gate, all went well.
