A special shoutout to Amina who helped us resolve an issue we had with our washing machine. She was so bubbly and all smiles. Any questions asked on the Sonder app were replied in less than 5 minutes. I think it’s a great way to communicate. There are lockers to store your luggage before check in and after checkout. That’s another plus point for Sonder Apollon. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
