Yes by a main road but I found it amazingly quiet after 11pm and before 8am. A very comfortable apartment.

It was very well equipped - including a dryer in addition to the washer, which is quite rare in most French rentals. Communication with the host was excellent; he stayed in touch even before my arrival and was attentive throughout.
