Gemma left coffee and milk and a pound cake - a thoughtful touch. We did stop at a Tesco for dinner and breakfast items. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The cottage has some nice views as well.

The flat was centrally located, very well equipped with everything we could need and The instructions for accessing the flat were easy to follow.

The house is incredibly charming, cozy, and clean — both my husband and I loved it, and our children were equally thrilled. It’s located on a quiet street and for two days we truly felt like locals in the Scottish Hebrides - the house offers an exceptionally warm “English home” feeling while traveling. We did our classic “British grocery shop” at a nearby Tesco, which had everything we needed. Stornoway is a perfect base, with everything on the Isle of Lewis and Isle of Harris within short trip. One of our most beautiful memories from our Scottish road trip is definitely “our little house in the Hebrides.” Highly recommended to everyone!

An oven, a microwave and toaster are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the apartment complex, all units come with bed linen and towels. The most obvious thing to love about this flat was that ir was in a great location esp if you're coming from the ferry port. Its near to all supply shops and places to eat and drink and to do a bit of shopping. The harbour is right near by, perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down. We stayed in Flat 1 and we were impressed how big and spacious it was. The bedrooms were quite big and the open plan lounge/kitchen was very relaxing. In the evenings we relaxed in rhe lounge and I even took advantage of the gaelic to English dictionary! Thank you to the host for leaving a bottle of lemonade, fresh loaf of bread and some biscuits. That was a nice touch! There was also milk in the fridge and the kitchen was well equipped with also tea/coffee/sugar as well as with cleaning products. The bathroom was amazing, I loved how deep the bath was and how powerful the shower was. Toilet flushed well and the sink worked well also. I loved the white tiles, made it look cleaner and bigger. The furniture was perfect. Very relaxing. The flat was very near to the bus garage which was very handy. The flat was 10 minutes walk from the castle and museum. We didn't mind the noise much. We had to open the windows as it was very hot and as there is a pub right under, its normal for there to be noise. But when the windows are shut you can't hear much.

It is located 4.4 km from Askernish Golf Club and provides a shared kitchen. The guest house has family rooms. Everything was just perfect! The place is equipped to a very high standard, with attention to every detail. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The price is extremely fair – truly worth the value. Archie was a wonderful host, friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend it – no doubt we'll be back!

Stornoway Bed and Breakfast is set in two properties in the centre of Stornoway, only 250 metres on foot from Stornoway Ferry Terminal and a 2-minute walk from the bus station.

A really lovely place, clean modern rooms and kitchen. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all our friends.
