The apartment felt nothing short of home, and all of us were extremely relaxed there. The apartment was really clean and with really great interiors, which is why it felt like home. The property is also close to the Rock Beach, taking only around 10 minutes by bike. And we could also spend some time with Nikki, the little bundle of cuteness (we were welcomed by her on the first day!), although we couldn't say goodbye to her when we left. Very kind and helpful staff (Kumar) who helped us with several requests for support (e.g. organising transportation to different sites, helping when we had a language barrier, etc.). We would love to come back again for a longer stay!

He is very thoughtful and talkative so I felt like I am staying with my friend not like in the guest house..

One of my best stays in India, great price for private room. Very new property with good rooms, terraces, and rooftop. extremely warm hosts Rino, robin, and their mom Mini. They are just so welcoming and helpful, and genuinely interested in interacting with the guests. Don’t miss out on their amazing home cooked dinner spread (order the fish pollichathu cooked in banana leaf!!!!) and wonderful local breakfast too. Rino was also so kind to drive me on motorbike to eat dinner late on my night of arrival. I really felt like I was family in their beautiful home.

The property is in a great location - central yet calm and peaceful , the rooms are beautiful, very cozy and comfortable. Shaan is a great host and helped us out with booking day trips and giving us excellent local tips on where to eat and what to see. The breakfast was delicious and varied! Shaan was also very accommodating to our vegan dietary requirements, which was really thoughtful. Highly recommend this place as a base to explore Fort Kochi and the surroundings.
