Via Condotti is 2 km from the guest house and Piazza di Spagna is 2.4 km away. The staff was excellent, Elisabetta help us a lot in organising the taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. During the stay Alexandra (Hungarian girl) was our "contact person", she was wonderful during the whole time, she prepared us delicious breakfast all in the mornings and gave us a lot of useful information about the place of interests of Rome.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. very nice location in a quite and clean district yet close to the main train station. the place itself is very spacious, warm, and clean. we had a room with a balcony that was very nice!

Pantheon is 200 metres from the apartment, while Piazza Navona is a 3-minute walk away. The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino Airport, 15 km from the property. We loved this apartment, it was so spacious, cute and convenient, just around the corner from the Pantheon. I had many croissants from the famous croissant store nearby. It was also very easily accessible by walking and bus to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Todis convenience store right next to the building allowed us to prepare meals to our taste when we want a steer from local foods. The room is of decent size for our family of four. Digital check-in was seamless. Highly recommended

Rooms were modern and beautiful. Everything was new.

This accommodation was great - not sure what I expected, but it was definitely a lovely surprise! I took the metro from the Termini station to San Giovanni and walked from there. All very easy thanks to excellent instructions sent by the lovely staff on WhatsApp. Both the San Giovanni and Manzoni metro stations are around 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The metro is easy to use and will take you to Spagna in less than 10 minutes. The room was modern and spacious with hanging space, a fridge (which contained a treat), and a small desk. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great.
