HOTIDAY Apartment Collection - La Spezia is situated in La Spezia, within 28 km of Carrara Convention Center and 34 km of Mare Monti Shopping centre. This 3-star hotel offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 800 metres from Castello San Giorgio. It was centrally located. We had plenty of space., it was clean and they provided a very nice breakfast in the morning with good cappuccino. Also, it’s right next-door or across the street from a Catholic Church so we attended mass on Sunday, which was nice although we did not understand Italian .

I've been to Italy thirty times and stayed in dozens of places, but I've never encountered such attention to the culinary needs of guests. We loved the living room and bathroom. Another plus was the desk with a laptop stand. Our great host Luca also provided us with a pass that allowed us to use a nearby parking lot free of charge. The apartment is located about a kilometer from the famous Acquario di Genova and less than a mile from the historic center. It's also a great location for those wanting to explore Liguria without a car, as the Principe train station is right next door. The lower station of the funicular railway, which leads to the viewpoint on the Granarolo hills, is even closer.

Very clean, freshly renovated spacious apartment in a nice house. Close to the beach and literary at the entrance to the Lungomare Europa which is gorgeous. The bedding, sheets, towels, mattress, all was very clean and comfortable, sofa-bed as well. The town is cute and vibrant. There is an option for parking but we easily found a free street parking spot next to the house.

Location was great, all the main attractions in the walking distance. Also there are plenty of restaurants around. Apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator. So something to be aware if you have a heavy luggage. Apartment was clean and spacious. It had iron and ironing board and also some information on the city attractions and what to do. Host was very helpful and very responsive. He also shared with us some websites which helped to find our way in the city.
