The property is non-smoking and is located 200 metres from Asakusa Station. Fantastic location in Asakusa close to temple, markets and subway system. Room facilities spacious and clean. Didn’t really see reception staff as not based on ground floor but no issues for them to deal with as all was perfect.

A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Great location and easy to access. Check in was straight forward which we really appreciated after a long flight. Everything was well organized from the instructions to the actual apartment. It’s a 5 min walk to the train station and you have several options for food within walking distance. The owner was quick to respond and available if we needed him. I would stay here again!

Really maintained and loved that it was spacious. This was way bigger than my shinjuku hotel. It was very comfortable for 2 people and could fit up to 5. It's also close to a 7-11 and the station is right upfront. Very very convenient for being close to the airport.
