It's close to the airport so it's great after your flight and before your flight as we did 😍 Staff very nice and welcoming. If you land in Colombo you should choose this one!

Worth the money paid. The host was very kind and sweet. She welcomed us with a welcome drink. Room was very neat . They had all basic facilities like kettle, small fridge, cutleries everything. Bathroom was also clean. They even dropped us at the airport as it is near to the airport. For the price i paid , i am super happy.

The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!

Close to the airport which was perfect as we landed late, the owner was so accommodating and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Breakfast was delicious and we had a good nights sleep, our travel was delayed so the owner let us stay late with no extra charge and made us tea - will be coming back if we have the chance!

The room is huge, well equipped, bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, he packed us takeaway breakfast which was perfect before our early flight. The place is only 3 minute away from Negombo Lagoon, perfect to watch the sunset, and 5 minutes from a big supermarket where you can find everything :)

The villa's kitchen is accessible by all guests, while free wired internet is available at the reception. On-site parking is free. Everything went very smoothly here, from the late night airport pick up we arranged via the hotel right up to our departure the next day. This made a big difference after a long day of travel with young children. The family villa was clean and comfortable with good AC and we had a great sleep. Loved waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The breakfast of hoppers, local fruit etc was delicious. The well established and maintained gardens made for a relaxing setting and the kids enjoyed climbing up the treehouse, playing basketball etc. Everyone there was very friendly from the owner to the staff. Highly recommend Villa Shade.
