There always was good strong hot water. There is very good breakfast (you can choose European or Sri Lankan traditional. I had European breakfast and it was really good). The owner also helped to organise transport for reasonable price and gave some valuable advice on the places to visit including one not touristic old temple which was very exciting to see). It is better than in the city centre, more peaceful place. You need tuk tuk to go to centre, but price is not expensive, no problem. I can definitely recommend this place. I also recommended this place to new friends who i met during my travels. They stayed in the place after me and texted me later that they really enjoyed this place too.
